Unhappy with your order? Want to swap it for a different size or style? Want a refund? No worries! You can return your order for any reason, at any time, within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, in its original condition and packaging.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS: remember, the item you send back must be unworn and unwashed and in a resaleable condition.
STEP 1
Download and complete the returns form, and print out a returns label. If you don't have a printer, you can handwrite the returns form, as long as it contains all the relevant information as laid out on the printed form. Your local post office will be able to print the returns label for you - you just need to show them the QR code generated on the above link.
STEP 2
Please highlight any problem with your order and give clear instructions of the size, design and colour you require if you want to exchange.
STEP 3
Then package and seal the item(s) securely, making sure to include your completed returns form. If you are returning your order for a full refund, please note any promotional items received must be returned at the same time. Attach the returns label to the outside of the package.
STEP 4
Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office. They will provide you with a proof of postage to assist with tracking the package's journey back to us. Please note, if you do not follow this method - or choose an alternative method of returning items to us - that all items are returned to us at your own expense.
STEP 5
You will receive refund credit or your exchanged order (if in stock) within 28 days of receipt.
