Returns
Unhappy with your order? Want to swap it for a different size or style? Want a refund? No worries! You can return your order for any reason, at any time, within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, in its original condition and packaging.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS: the items you send back must be unworn (you can of course try them on!), unwashed and in a resaleable condition. Remember, international returns (from outside the UK) are sent at your own risk and expense unless otherwise expressly stated by email.
STEP 1
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please email us with full details and our team will assist you further. You may not need to return your item and you may not be eligible for a postage refund if you send the item to us. If you are returning an item for an exchange/refund due to needing a different size, return postage is at your own expense. If you are returning your order for a full refund, please note any promotional items received must be returned at the same time. If you are returning an item that doesn't fit, you don't need to contact us - simply download and complete the returns form.
STEP 2
Please highlight any problem with your order and give clear instructions of the size, design and colour you require if you want to exchange.
STEP 3
Then package and seal the item (and, in the case of a full refund, any free or promotional items) securely, making sure to include your completed returns form.
STEP 4
Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office. We recommend sending your parcel via a recorded or tracked service and retain a proof of postage for your records. Please note, all goods are returned to us at your own expense.
STEP 5
You will receive refund credit or your exchanged order (if in stock) within 28 days of receipt.
