The winner will be selected from the finalists by members of our Facebook community. The photo with the most confirmed likes (to include all new Facebook ‘interactions’ available via the ‘Like’ button) at the end of the selection process – 9pm UK time on Monday 27th March 2017 – will be declared the winner and will be notified by email. In the unlikely event of a tied vote, the judges will select a winner from the entries with the most nominations. Confirmed likes do not include any likes obtained by unfair means or that have been docked / voluntarily deducted from a photo’s total amount of likes. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The main competition prize is one of every standard new IC design produced and made available on www.insertcoinclothing.com in 2017 – these will be shipped in one or two batches after their respective releases during 2017, subject to availability, while stocks last. This will not include reprinted / charity / special event designs unless otherwise stated. All products will be supplied in one size (one size mens / unisex, and one size women) only. The second placed photo (with the second highest number of likes at the closing date) will win a £100 voucher via email as soon as possible after the final competition deadline. All other finalists will receive a £30 voucher via email as soon as possible after the final competition deadline. Entrants must be 16 years old or over. One entry per person. This announcement states that the deadline is March 3rd, 2017, and that those who enter must be 16 or older. If an entrant is not currently 16, but will be by the time of the deadline, can they still submit a valid entry?
Good question! You can send your entry in any time, right up until the deadline so as long as they are 16 by then, that’s all good 🙂
Are videos not allowed?
If it isn’t, can we take a frame/photo from the video?
It’s a photo comp – so only photos allowed… but feel free to enter a photo from the shoot 🙂
If the subject of the photo is 15 years old when the photo was taken, but turns 16 before the deadline, is that valid?
If their birthday is before the deadline, then the photo could be taken – and the entry submitted – once they’re 16 🙂
Can we send more than one photo?
As noted above, it’s one entry per person 🙂
Can the photo be parts of separate photoshopped into one photo? Kind of like a comic but not exactly
If it works as a cohesive image, then maybe! All entries are judged on their own merit and the finalists from previous years give you a great idea of what we’re looking for 🙂
Have you watched Chief?
No. But have *you* seen *Chef*?
If the photo shot scene depicts a murder does that class as offensive
Well it depends on the whole image. If you think it *might* be offensive and therefore won’t get through, tone it down a notch. Look at other previous entries to get a handle on what’s ok 🙂
