So like many of you, I’d been looking forward to Insert Coin releasing their PlayStation gear for some time now and I couldn’t be happier that it’s finally landed! (YAY)

Growing up, PlayStation played a huge part in my gaming life.  My first ever PS games were Final Fantasy VII and Mickey’s Wild Adventure, and I loved them to pieces! It was games like these, along with Crash Bandicoot, Spyro The Dragon and Metal Gear Solid that really helped set me off along the path of videogaming.

The ‘Player’ jacket is my favourite from this release.  I really love the varsity style design on the outside, but also the attention to detail on the inside.

You can’t really see this on the website photos, but the inside of this jacket has an awesome PlayStation themed lining going on, as well as an inside pocket to securely store items like your phone. It’s extremely comfy, I haven’t wanted to take it off since it arrived!  This piece is a must have, not just for Sony lovers, but gaming fans in general, simply because it marks a part of gaming history and the fact our little baby PlayStation is all grown up! *sniff, sniff*

Here are some styling ideas for an awesome look…

The ‘First Person Shooter’ is an interesting one and a style I’ve been a fan of for a long time. The first time I ever bought a shooter, I was a bit worried about how I’d style it.  Especially as here in England, it’s hardly the type of weather to be busting out the gun show…..if you know what I mean? This piece will be perfect for those summer months. Rock it with some shorts or ladies can style it oversized as a dress. While it’s cold, I’ll be pairing mine with a long sleeved top underneath. It still looks ace and will keep you from catching a chill. I also like to dress it up by tucking it into a black skirt. This look works with a bodycon or skater style skirt and is an easy way to turn it into a perfect daytime outfit.
