ORDER & PREORDER UPDATE!

Another stack of orders, ready to zoom off to their new homes!

We’re currently blasting our way through orders and preorders and we just wanted to say a huge thank you for your patience while we pick, pack and process everything.

We had an unprecedented response to our recent Black Friday sale, with around two months of traffic hitting our site in the first couple of hours – which is why our site has been slower, why some items have run out of stock unexpectedly and why some confirmation/despatch emails have been delayed or gone astray.

It also means we’re working non-stop to catch up on orders, but rest assured we’re tackling this head on and we’re sending everything out as quickly as we can – it really is all hands on deck at Insert Coin Towers!

We will of course keep you updated, so keep an eye on your inboxes as well as our social feeds for any incoming news – we’re aiming to have all Black Friday sales and recent preorders out by the end of this week.

We’re still blasting through the orders and preorders at the moment and we’re definitely starting to catch up now – thanks so much for your patience… we’re hoping to get everything out as soon as possible over the next few days!
