INSERT COIN VS CAPCOM… FIGHT!

At Insert Coin, we’re huge fans of gaming from the late 1980s and early 1990s, which is why we’re extremely proud to announce our new official ranges for two of Capcom’s classic franchises – Mega Man and Street Fighter. Both ranges will be launched in early 2013 and will be available exclusively from www.insertcoinclothing.com

Our design for Mega Man focuses on one of the most important and memorable elements from the series – the E Tanks everyone knows and loves. Drawing on the retro stylings of the game series and classic soft drink branding – and with some subtle stitched detailing on the sleeve – we’ve developed this sleek tee to celebrate the only energy-in-a-can you’ll ever need!

Likewise, our designs for the Street Fighter series are focused on the instantly recognisable look and feel of the games. The launch range of tees feature one iconic design, based around Shadaloo and the second World Warrior Championship – otherwise known as Street Fighter 2 – which was held in 1991. To start, each version will be available in the iconic colours of five of the franchise’s biggest names – Ryu, Ken, Guile, Chun Li and Blanka – complete with a small stitched flag on the sleeve.

But it isn’t just tees. We’ve also got another new slice of videogame awesome coming to your wardrobe. Our Ryu Dojo dressing gown combines the minimialist style of one of the franchise’s most enduring characters, as well as the comfort of our unique hooded dressing gowns. In traditional white, this luxurious robe will have a contrasting black belt, complete with gold hand-embroidered kanji and red detailing. On the back is more stitched detailing, with an abstract hadouken combined with a simple ‘rising sun’.
